Mushroom grow kits, sterile substrates, sterile grains, spores, unicorn bags, mycology lab supplies, books, and guides cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Live cultures and colonized spawn cannot be returned at all, as they are perishable items.
1.2. Returns are only accepted for other products if they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
2. Return Timeframe
2.1. Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day period starts from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, receives the product.
2.2. Companies are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or an issue with the product that falls under warranty or consumer protection laws.
