What is the 10T Unicorn bag used for?
Fill the bag with hydrated grain, seal and sterilize it, then inoculate through the port with a liquid culture syringe once it has cooled. Because the bag stays closed, the 10T is a great choice if you don’t have a flowhood. Wipe the port with alcohol and flame or wipe your needle before every injection.
