Shipping Guide
Our shipping guide: information on how we ship your order
This shipping guide gives you all the important information about delivery times, shipping methods and how we prepare your products. That way, you know exactly what to expect after you order.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard shipping: our default method. Your package arrives within the timeframe shown at checkout. Note that delivery times can vary by location.
Expedited shipping: do you need your order sooner? Then choose expedited shipping at checkout. This option costs a little extra, but it gets your order to you faster.
Delivery Times in Our Shipping Guide
The estimated delivery times for each method are:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
These are general estimates. Actual delivery times can still vary, for example because of your location, the products you order, the carrier or events outside our control.
Product Preparation
We prepare some products, such as sterilized grain and substrate, with extra care to keep their quality high. As a result, they can need some extra time before we ship them. Of course, we keep this time as short as possible.
If a product is not in stock, we prepare it especially for your order. In that case, our team tells you about any delay right away and keeps you updated.
Tracking Your Package
Every order gets a tracking number. As soon as we ship your order, you receive an email with the tracking details. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and find the tracking details under your orders.
Please note that the carrier can take a short while to update its system, so tracking may not show right away.
Shipping Costs
We calculate shipping costs from the total weight of your order, the shipping method and your delivery address. You see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. However, international orders can be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees in the destination country. The recipient pays these charges; they are not part of the order total or shipping cost. The European Commission explains the rules on its customs information page.
