What is the 3T Unicorn bag used for?
First, fill the 3T with hydrated grain, sterilize it, and inoculate it with a liquid culture or agar wedge once cooled. This version has no injection port. Therefore, inoculate in front of a flowhood, or add a self-healing injection port or micropore tape yourself.
